These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made by buyers on Spiggle, a marketplace for digital goods, services and selected products from independent sellers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely by xPay on behalf of the seller. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable marketplace and processing fees at checkout.

3. Seller Responsibility

Each item is sold by an independent seller. Spiggle facilitates the transaction and payment, but product descriptions, delivery and quality are the seller’s responsibility.

4. Refunds & Disputes

Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy. If you believe a purchase was mishandled, contact support and our team will help resolve it.
